Fabryka Taśm Conveyerowych WOLBROM S.A. (FTT) is the oldest manufacturer of rubber products in Poland, with over a century of experience in the market. The company specializes in the production of conveyor belts and other rubber products, utilizing the latest technologies and modern machinery, ensuring high product quality and technological advancements. FTT employs over 500 people and produces 1,000 km of conveyor belts annually. Mixture Production Department
The Compounds Production Department, launched in 1986, has a processing capacity of 54,280 tons per year. Production takes place on five production lines using mixers from Farrel Bridge and Buzuluk. The raw material transport system is pneumatic and operated by Chronos Richardson equipment. This department ensures a full supply for FTT, with surplus products being sent to reputable companies producing other rubber products.
Conveyor Belt Production Department
The Conveyor Belt Production Department has a production capacity of approximately 1,000,000 meters of belts per year. Belts are manufactured in various widths (from 400 mm to 2,600 mm) and resistant to temperatures from -60 to 280°C. Production includes belts with fabric, aramid, fleximat, and steel cable reinforcements. The company offers conveyor belts in a variety of versions, including:
- Standard fabric-rubber tapes
- Flame retardant and flame retardant tapes
- Oil-resistant tapes
- Tapes resistant to elevated temperatures
Packaging takes place on two technological lines:
- 2-calender line for packaging tape cores,
- 4-shaft calender line for core protection.
Plate Production Department
The Plate Production Department has a production capacity of approximately 134,400 kg of rubber products per month. Production is carried out using a plate calender, drum vulcanizers, and vulcanizing presses. This department also recycles rubber waste using a modern shredding line, which is then reused in production.
The Plates Department’s products include:
- Vulcanized plates,
- Raw plates,
- Profiled surface coverings (pellets, grooved, corduroy),
- Adhesives,
- Conveyor belt joining materials,
- Antistatic belts,
- Anti-splinter containers.
Technical Fabrics Production Department
The Technical Fabrics Production Department was established in 2002. Its production capacity fully meets the company’s demand for technical fabrics. We produce polyamide (PT), polyamide-polyester (EP), and aramid fabrics in various constructions: plain, grosgrain, plain warp, and gauze weave. All fabrics are impregnated and stabilized, ensuring their high quality and durability.
