The 24th National Energy and Heating Congress POWERPOL 2024 will take place on February 12-13, 2024, in Warsaw at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel. The theme of the upcoming Congress is: “2024: Current National Energy Policy in the Face of Raw Material and Legislative Challenges in Europe.”

2024 will be a time of intense challenges for Polish energy producers and suppliers, related to raw material security, the legislative environment, the tightening of European raw material policy, ensuring the operational security of strategic companies, and preparing the sector for major investments in renewable energy, offshore, nuclear energy, and hydrogen.

The upcoming Congress program will traditionally cover topics that will provide an opportunity for exchange of opinions and experiences between representatives of the government, the country’s largest energy and heating companies, key industry organizations, academia, and business representatives. Together with experts, we would like to discuss the impact of the geopolitical environment on the Polish power sector and the scope of remedial measures that will allow for a controlled resolution of the raw material impasse caused by the war in Ukraine.

A presentation panel has been scheduled as part of the Congress, during which invited guests will present the most interesting innovative solutions for the power industry.
