The Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce cordially invites you to another in a series of free consultation meetings for entrepreneurs, primarily micro and small businesses, planning changes to their business profiles resulting from the ongoing transformation process in the Silesian Voivodeship – the so-called Transformation Café. This meeting will take place on December 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in the Mirror Room of CZW Węglozbyt S.A., at 30 Kościuszki Street in Katowice (4th floor).
The café will be led by a representative of the Voivodeship Labor Office, who will familiarize participants with employee support offers, including the “RE-ENERGY” project, aimed at maintaining employment in enterprises in the Silesian Voivodeship undergoing restructuring and transformation processes resulting from changes in their business profiles – particularly towards a green economy. The project supports employers in adapting to transformational challenges and helps develop employee competencies necessary to function in the new economic model. An additional goal is to professionally activate unemployed and inactive individuals by providing them with employment opportunities with supported employers.
During the meeting, a representative of the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodeship will also present his institution’s activities related to the region’s transformation and discuss key documents and the results of reports on this topic, including those concerning the challenges facing local governments and entrepreneurs in the Silesian Voivodeship.
In a small group, over tea and coffee, participants will have the opportunity to discuss various aspects of the transformation process in our region and the challenges facing entrepreneurs in the Silesian Voivodeship. They will also share their own experiences implementing organizational changes in their companies. They will also be able to learn about opportunities for obtaining support for transformational initiatives.

The meeting is dedicated to entrepreneurs planning changes to their business profile resulting from the ongoing transformation process in the Silesian Voivodeship, particularly SMEs headquartered or operating in the Silesian Voivodeship.

To participate in the Transformation Café, please submit a correctly completed registration form to biuro@giph.com.pl by December 10th of this year. Space is limited; applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
