The Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce cordially invites you to the next in a series of free consultation meetings for entrepreneurs, primarily micro and small businesses, planning changes to their business profiles resulting from the ongoing transformation process in the Silesian Voivodeship – the so-called Transformation Café – on June 26, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in the Mirror Room of CZW Węglozbyt S.A., at 30 Kościuszki Street in Katowice (4th floor).
The café will be led by Mr. Michał Łaczmański, Deputy Head of the European Funds Management and Planning Department of the Voivodeship Labor Office in Katowice, who will introduce participants to employee support options, including outplacement.
Additionally, representatives of the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodeship will discuss the results of research on the region’s transformation and the challenges facing local governments and entrepreneurs in the Silesian Voivodeship related to the determinants of development policy in the areas of just transition and climate policy until 2050.
In a small group, over tea and coffee, participants will have the opportunity to discuss various aspects of the transformation process in our region. They will also have the opportunity to freely discuss their own experiences resulting from implementing organizational changes in companies, and will be able to learn about opportunities for obtaining support for transformation activities.

Participation in the meeting is free.
All interested in participating are asked to complete the form and return it to biuro@giph.com.pl by June 24th of this year. Space is limited, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
