PURPOSE OF THE MEETINGS
The goal of this series of networking meetings with green technology leaders from industries particularly vulnerable to the negative impact of transformation is to gain first-hand knowledge of successful transformation processes and models in enterprises, to learn about innovative solutions, and to explore directions for potential business transformations. The networking meetings are also intended to facilitate networking and collaboration among entrepreneurs.
The meeting on July 15th at the Elgór+Hansen S.A. headquarters is the first in a series of three meetings aimed at entrepreneurs already affected or likely to be negatively affected by the transformation process (from the following subregions of the Silesian Voivodeship: Bielsk, Bytom, Gliwice, Katowice, Rybnik, Sosnowiec, and Tychy). Company representatives will familiarize participants with business diversification and the solutions implemented at Elgór+Hansen S.A.
GREEN TECHNOLOGY LEADER
Elgór+Hansen S.A. has 30 years of experience in the electrical engineering market, serving both the mining industry and the new energy sector. It creates modern electrical and control systems that increase safety and efficiency and ensure the continuity of production processes. It supports clients in every phase of the investment: from design through construction, documentation, and during operation, both domestically and internationally. In response to the challenges of the green energy transition, the company has introduced products and services for the photovoltaic industry.

Meetings with green technology leaders are carried out as part of the project entitled “Regional Observatory of the Transformation Process 2.0 (ROPT 2.0)” (decision no. FESL.10.22-IP.02-083F/23 of the Silesian Voivodeship Board), implemented under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Priority FESL.10 European Funds for transformation, Measure FESL.10.22 Regional Observatory of the Transformation Process – JTF, fully financed by the Just Transition Fund.
