the Operation of a Sectoral Skills Centre Implementing the Concept of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in the Field of Underground Mining, Processing of Metal Ores and Mineral Raw Materials\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"368\">This information applies to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"1124\"><li data-section-id=\"8ha66x\" data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"418\"><p>contractors\/tenderers who are natural persons;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"z8h2i3\" data-start=\"419\" data-end=\"516\"><p>contractors\/tenderers who are natural persons conducting sole proprietorship business activity;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"56avyv\" data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"650\"><p>representatives of contractors\/tenderers who are natural persons, to the extent of personal data included in the power of attorney;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"3n6z3r\" data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"1009\"><p>members of the management or supervisory bodies of a contractor\/tenderer, partners in a registered partnership or professional partnership, general partners in a limited partnership or limited joint-stock partnership, or commercial proxies who are natural persons, to the extent of personal data included in information from the National Criminal Register;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"hqsw\" data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1124\"><p>specialist card, name of the contractor, address, contractor\u2019s REGON number, e-mail address, and telephone number.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2575\" data-end=\"2782\">The data are obtained directly from the data subjects, or have been provided on their behalf, from publicly available sources, or from institutions and entities involved in the implementation of the project:<\/p><p data-start=\"2784\" data-end=\"3018\"><strong data-start=\"2784\" data-end=\"3018\">\u201cEstablishment and Support for the Operation of a Sectoral Skills Centre Implementing the Concept of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in the Field of Underground Mining, Processing of Metal Ores and Mineral Raw Materials.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><hr data-start=\"3020\" data-end=\"3023\" \/><p Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in the Field of Underground Mining, Processing of Metal Ores and Mineral Raw Materials\u201d<\/strong>, including the collection of offers and selection of contractors for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3526\" data-end=\"3749\"><li data-section-id=\"vix2wc\" data-start=\"3526\" data-end=\"3540\"><p>room rental;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1gw8tav\" data-start=\"3544\" data-end=\"3585\"><p>catering organisation for participants;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"lnyi99\" data-start=\"3589\" data-end=\"3677\"><p>development and preparation of information and promotional materials for participants;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"hfg5c1\" data-start=\"3681\" data-end=\"3704\"><p>conducting workshops;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1he45j0\" data-end=\"7979\">The data retention period may each time be extended by the limitation period for claims if the processing of data is necessary for the pursuit of claims or defence against such
