The company began operations on July 18, 1997, under the name Menadżersko-Związkowe Centrum Szkoleniowe Sp. z o.o. In 2002, as a result of its growth, it changed its name to Centrum Szkoleniowo-Konferencyjne „NOT” Sp. z o.o. and was registered with the District Court, 8th Commercial Division in Katowice, under KRS number: 0000154615.
In 2013, the Company underwent a reorganization, which involved changes to its organizational structure and staffing levels. As a result of this reorganization, on October 1, 2013, the Shareholders’ Meeting adopted a resolution to amend the Articles of Association. Pursuant to Resolution No. 1, the company’s name was changed to Spółka Usług Górniczych Sp. z o.o.
The Company currently operates in the following areas:
- Labor leasing – providing support in hiring employees for various projects and services.
- Specialized mining work – providing mining services, including the performance of specialized tasks in mines.
- Training – organizing training programs, including for the mining industry and other sectors, aimed at improving professional qualifications.
- Space rental – providing office and conference space tailored to various business needs.
- Processing meal vouchers for Południowy Koncern Węglowy S.A. – providing services related to the processing of meal vouchers for employees of Południowy Koncern Węglowy S.A.
