Governing Bodies of the Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce

The organizational structure of the Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce consists of four key bodies responsible for ensuring the Chamber’s proper functioning, overseeing its operations, and making strategic decisions.

General Meeting of Representatives of Chamber Members

The Chamber’s highest governing body, composed of representatives of all GIPH members. Its responsibilities include, among other things, setting the Chamber’s strategic direction, approving financial and operational reports, and making decisions on matters critical to the organization’s development.

Chamber Council

An advisory and supervisory body that oversees the implementation of General Meeting resolutions and supports the Management Board in its day-to-day operations. The Chamber Council also reviews key initiatives and recommends directions for development.

Audit Committee

The supervisory body responsible for overseeing the Chamber’s financial and statutory activities. The Commission’s duties include, among other things, auditing financial statements, verifying the proper use of funds, and submitting motions to the General Assembly regarding the discharge of the Management Board.

Chamber Board

The executive body responsible for the day-to-day operations of the GIPH. The Board of Directors represents the Chamber externally, implements the resolutions of the General Assembly, and is responsible for carrying out the organization’s strategy. Its responsibilities also include initiating activities aimed at developing the mining sector and promoting the interests of the Chamber’s members.
