Innovation workshops

The project includes organizing six innovation workshops for entrepreneurs, inventors, and technology pioneers (research institutes, science and technology parks, and universities), with the participation of employers. The aim of the workshops is to create a database of innovative technological solutions for energy transition and climate neutrality.

The workshops will focus on analyzing the contribution and interconnection of the discussed solutions with the regional smart specializations of the Silesian Voivodeship. The developed technological solutions will form the basis for further analytical work within the project, with a view to using them in implementing programs for a just transition.

The workshops will facilitate intensified cooperation and knowledge exchange between entities involved in the development of innovations and their broader use for economic transformation in the Silesian Voivodeship.

The workshops will be held at the MONIUSZKI 7 Office and Training Center, ul. Moniuszki 7, 40-005 Katowice (Blue Room, 1st floor). The workshop will be moderated by Dr. Marcin Baron from the Department of Strategic and Regional Research at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economics in Katowice.
