The Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce cordially invites you to free workshops for entrepreneurs on transformation and diversification of business activities entitled “Competencies in the era of Industry 5.0 – the need to improve and change employee qualifications in the transformation process”.

For whom: Entrepreneurs from the Silesian Voivodeship (excluding the Częstochowa subregion)
The aim of the workshop is to disseminate knowledge about the process of socio-economic transformation in Silesia and possible paths to diversification into a green and digital economy, as well as to promote good practices in the area of transformation. Each meeting will be devoted to a different topic, focusing on enterprise management during the transformation process.

The workshops on October 29th are the first in a second series of 10 meetings aimed at entrepreneurs from the Silesian Voivodeship who have already been affected by, or may be negatively affected by, the transformation process. The first five were held at the turn of 2024 and 2025 in the Katowice subregion at Fabryka Porcelany.
We also invite you to the next workshops in the Gliwice subregion at Szyb Maciej, which will take place on November 26th and will focus on business transformation through ESG.
LEADING
The workshops will be led by Mr. Bartosz Serenda, a long-time academic lecturer and experienced trainer/coach.
