Virtual Job Fair
Ladies and Gentlemen, We cordially invite you to participate in the VIRTUAL JOB FAIR – ORE MINING 4.0, organized on October 7-10, 2024 by the Mining Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The fair is part of the project entitled “Establishment and support for the operation of the Industry Skills Center implementing the concept of a center of vocational excellence (CoVEs) for underground mining, metal ore and mineral raw materials processing,” which the Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce is implementing in partnership with the Copper Center for Personnel Training, as the Leader, and KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and the Polish Copper Employers’ Association, as part of the Development Plan: the document referred to in art. 17 section 1 of Regulation 2021/241, constituting the basis for the implementation of reforms and investments supported by the Recovery and Resilience Facility, i.e. the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). Investment: A3.1.1. Support for the development of modern vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning. Specific objective of the investment: Providing space for effective cooperation between schools, including vocational schools, universities, employers, research and development centers and other economic environment institutions, and promoting vocational education.
Investment scope: Establishment and support for the operation of 120 industry-specific skills centers (BCUs), implementing the concept of centers of vocational excellence (CoVEs). The aim of the fair is to promote key professions in the field of underground mining, metal ore and mineral processing, related to both the mining industry and the companies that support it, among final-year students of primary, technical, and vocational schools, students of technical fields, and individuals considering a career change or further education.
