Market research of April 29, 2024 regarding the rental of a coach/bus for transporting a group of up to 20 people on the Lubin – Katowice – Lubin route

The Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce invites you to submit offers for the implementation of the subject of this request for quotation.

Market research is being carried out as part of the task “Study trip for teachers and career advisors to a workplace related to the mining industry in Upper Silesia,” which is part of the project entitled “Establishment and support for the operation of an Industry Skills Center implementing the concept of Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) for underground mining, metal ore and mineral processing.” The project is supported by the Recovery and Resilience Instrument, i.e., the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), investment: A3.1.1. Supporting the development of modern vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning; specific investment objective: Providing space for effective cooperation between schools, including vocational schools, universities, employers, research and development centers, and other business environment institutions, and promoting vocational education. Scope of the investment: Establishment and support for the operation of 120 Industry Skills Centers (BCUs), implementing the concept of Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs).

The subject of the order is the rental service of a coach/minibus with a driver to transport a group of max. 20 people on the Lubin – Katowice – Lubin route and local trips within Katowice on May 23, 2024.

Deadline and place for submission of offers and additional information:

  1. The offer should be submitted electronically by 11:59 PM on May 7th, 2020, to the email address: bcu@giph.com.pl.
  2. The offer will be considered submitted on time if it is submitted by the date and time indicated above. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to disregard offers submitted after this deadline.
  3. Offers should be submitted exclusively electronically to the email address indicated above, in the form of scanned documents (the maximum attachment size should not exceed 10 MB). The offer must be signed by the Bidder or a duly authorized representative of the Bidder (in such a case, a scanned document confirming the Bidder’s authorization to represent the Bidder should also be attached to the offer).
  4. The net price will be the evaluation criterion for the submitted offers. The Contracting Authority will notify Bidders of the selected offer via email.
  5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the order completion date, as well as the right to negotiate the terms of the offer and the right to cancel the order without giving any reason.

The Mining Chamber of Commerce and Industry announces that it has conducted market research for the rental of a coach/van with a driver for a group of up to 20 people on the Lubin – Katowice – Lubin route, as well as local journeys within Katowice, on May 23, 2024.

In response to the inquiry, the Chamber received one offer from F. H. U. “Wolbus” Łukasz Wolski, Daniel Olszak Civil Partnership, ul. Jagodowa 2, 59-140 Chocianów, for PLN 4,000.00 gross, meeting all the requirements of the inquiry.
