The Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce, with its registered office at 30 Kościuszki Street, 40-048 Katowice, NIP: 634-10-12-786, KRS: 0000095169, hereinafter referred to as the “Ordering Party”, invites offers in connection with the market intelligence procedure being conducted for the project “Establishment and support for the operation of the Industry Skills Centre implementing the concept of a centre of vocational excellence (CoVEs) for the field of underground mining, processing of metal ores and mineral resources” – as part of the Development Plan: the document referred to in art. 17 paragraph 1 of Regulation 2021/241, constituting the basis for the implementation of reforms and investments supported by the Recovery and Resilience Facility, i.e. the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). Investment: A3.1.1. Supporting the development of modern vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning. Specific investment objective: Providing space for effective cooperation between schools, including vocational schools, universities, employers, research and development centers, and other business environment institutions, and promoting vocational education. Investment scope: Establishing and supporting the operation of 120 industry-specific skills centers (BCUs), implementing the concept of centers of vocational excellence (CoVEs). Institution responsible for the investment (IOI): Ministry of Education and Science. Supporting Unit (SU): Foundation for the Development of the Education System.

Project implementation period: January 1, 2023 – September 30, 2025.
The subject of the contract is the selection of up to three contractors – serving as experts within the Expert Team for the preparation of a description of qualifications in the field of programming machinery and equipment for the metal ore mining industry.

This market research does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended), and is not an announcement within the meaning of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended) and does not create an obligation on the Ordering Party to accept any of the offers due to the estimated value of the order not exceeding the PLN equivalent of EUR 30,000.00.
Deadline and place for submission of offers and additional information:
- An offer will be deemed submitted on time if it is submitted by the date and time indicated above. The Ordering Party reserves the right to disregard offers submitted after this deadline.
- The offer must be submitted by May 10th of this year, 11:59 PM.
- The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the order completion date, negotiate the terms of the offer, and cancel the order without providing a reason.

concerning the provision of services related to work in an expert team preparing a description of qualifications in the field of programming machinery and equipment for the metal ore mining industry
The Mining Chamber of Commerce and Industry announces that it has conducted market research for the provision of services involving participation in the work of an expert team preparing a description of qualifications in the field of programming machinery and equipment for the metal ore mining industry.
In response to the inquiry, the Chamber received two offers:
- Dr. Joanna Rogala-Rojek, Eng. – offer for PLN 5,000.00 net,
- Mr. Sebastian Józefowicz – offer for PLN 5,000.00 net.
Both offers amounted to PLN 5,000.00 net, met the requirements of the inquiry (especially regarding knowledge and experience), as well as the assumptions resulting from the Ordering Party’s budget. The bidders demonstrated no grounds for exclusion from the procedure, and therefore both offers were selected for the contract.
