1. Subject of the Order
The subject of this order is the preparation and delivery of one expert lecture regarding the area of Mobility Industries (Transport).

2. Legal Disclaimer
This market research inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Act of April 23, 1964 – Civil Code, nor is it an announcement within the meaning of the Act of September 11, 2019 – Public Procurement Law. Furthermore, it does not create an obligation for the Contracting Authority to accept any of the submitted offers, as the estimated value of the order does not exceed the PLN equivalent of EUR 30,000.00.
3. Submission of Offers and Additional Information
- Total Net Amount: The submitted offer must include the total net cost for the execution of the order.
- Submission Deadline: Offers must be delivered electronically by August 6th (current year) at 23:59.
- Submission Method: Please send offers to: warsztaty@giph.com.pl or prawny@giph.com.pl.
- Timeliness: An offer is considered submitted on time if it is received by the specified date and hour. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to disregard offers submitted after the deadline.
4. Technical Requirements
- Offers must be sent exclusively via email in the form of scanned documents (maximum attachment size: 10 MB).
- The offer must be signed by the Bidder or a person duly authorized to represent the Bidder. In the latter case, a scanned document proving the authority to represent the Bidder must also be attached.
5. Evaluation and Rights of the Contracting Authority
- Criterion: The evaluation criterion for the submitted offers will be the net price.
- Notification: Bidders will be notified of the selection via email.
- Reservations: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the order execution date, negotiate the terms of the offer, and cancel the order at any time without providing a reason.

NOTICE OF MARKET RESEARCH RESULTS

Subject: Provision of one expert lecture in the field of: Mobility Industries (Transport) – delivered during innovation workshops for entrepreneurs, inventors, and technology pioneers (research institutes, science and technology parks, universities), with the participation of employers.
The Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce (Górnicza Izba Przemysłowo-Handlowa) hereby informs that it has conducted market research regarding the procurement of a service for one expert lecture focused on the Mobility Industries (Transport) sector. The lecture is to be held during innovation workshops for entrepreneurs, inventors, and technology pioneers on September 7, 2023.
