On December 10th of this year, we launched a series of workshops for entrepreneurs on business transformation and diversification.

We met at the Porcelain Factory to discuss change management in enterprises, methods of implementing change, and related concerns. The aim of the workshops is to disseminate knowledge about the process of socio-economic transformation in Silesia and possible paths to diversification towards a green and digital economy, as well as to promote best practices in the area of ​​transformation. Each meeting will be devoted to a different topic, focusing on managing a company during the transformation process, such as the need to improve employee skills, implement Industry 4.0 solutions, change management, and risk management.

The meeting is led by Katarzyna Kasperek, a project and advisory partner for business, business trainer, consultant, and expert in increasing managerial effectiveness and conducting advanced negotiation training, managing director and expert at a consulting and training firm, and a certified mentor and business coach.

The next workshop dates in the Katowice subregion at the Porcelain Factory (Prodiż Restaurant) are as follows:

1)         January 15, 2025

2)         February 6, 2025

3)         March 13, 2025

4)         April 10, 2025

The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the workshop date by +/- 3 days.

The workshops will be implemented as part of the project entitled “Regional Observatory of the Transformation Process 2.0 (ROPT 2.0)” (Decision No. FESL.10.22-IP.02-083F/23 of the Silesian Voivodeship Board), implemented under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme, Priority FESL.10 European Funds for Transformation, Measure FESL.10.22 Regional Observatory of the Transformation Process – JTF, fully financed by the Just Transition Fund.
