Organizing a transformation café
A series of seven consultation/advisory meetings for entrepreneurs, primarily micro and small businesses, planning changes to their business profiles as a result of the ongoing transformation process in the Silesian Voivodeship.
During the meetings, participants will have the opportunity to freely express themselves (discuss) related to their experiences with implementing organizational changes in their companies.
Purpose: exchange of experiences and opportunities for individual consultations, as well as dissemination of knowledge regarding support opportunities.
Moderation by invited guests from institutions responsible for implementing or overseeing transformation in enterprises or the region.
Venue: GIPH headquarters (ul. Kościuszki 30, 40-048 Katowice, floor IV, Mirror Room)
