On Monday, May 26th, at 11:00 AM, a press briefing will be held under the slogan: “Decarbonization is a blackout, not development. GIPH appeals to the President of the Republic of Poland.”

The event is a response to President Andrzej Duda’s announcement of a meeting of the National Security Council due to the risk of a blackout in Poland.

During the briefing, Janusz Olszowski, President of the Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce, will present the sector’s position and an appeal to the President of the Republic of Poland regarding the country’s energy security. Official letters on this matter have also been sent to members of the National Security Council and candidates for President of the Republic of Poland – Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki.
