We cordially invite you to the next in a series of free consultation meetings for entrepreneurs planning changes in their business profile resulting from the ongoing transformation process of the Silesian Voivodeship – the so-called transformation café, on March 24, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the Mirror Room of CZW Węglozbyt S.A., at 30 Kościuszki Street in Katowice (4th floor).

PROGRAM

The meeting will be devoted to presenting the Strategy of the Silesian Voivodeship Transformation Fund S.A., focusing on supporting the diversification of traditional sector enterprises, particularly the mining and mining-related industries, along with their facilities, as well as the economic use of post-mining areas.

The café will be led by a representative of the Silesian Voivodeship Transformation Fund S.A., who will familiarize participants with the support offered to entrepreneurs and discuss the Fund’s Strategy. A discussion on expanding the Fund’s support options is also planned, led by Professor Adam Drobniak from the Department of Strategic and Regional Research at the University of Economics in Katowice (author of the Strategy).

In addition, during the meeting, a representative of the Silesian Voivodeship Marshal’s Office will present the institution’s activities aimed at transforming the region.

WHY IS IT WORTH PARTICIPATION?

In a small group, over tea and coffee, participants will have the opportunity to discuss various aspects of the transformation process in our region and the challenges facing entrepreneurs operating in the Silesian Voivodeship. The meeting will also be an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences resulting from implementing organizational changes in companies. Additionally, participants will learn about opportunities to obtain support for transformation efforts in their companies.
