The Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce cordially invites you to a free workshop for entrepreneurs on business transformation and diversification entitled “Digitalization and Cybersecurity in Industrial Infrastructure Companies.”
DATE AND LOCATION
When: February 6th (Friday)
Time: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (registration from 9:00 AM)
Where: Szyb Maciej, ul. Srebrna 6, 41-819 Zabrze-Maciejów
For whom?
Entrepreneurs from the Silesian Voivodeship (excluding the Częstochowa subregion)
The aim of the workshop is to disseminate knowledge about the process of socio-economic transformation in Silesia and possible paths to diversification into a green and digital economy, as well as to promote best practices in the area of transformation. Each meeting will be devoted to a different topic, focusing on managing a company during the transformation process. The workshops on February 6th are the second in a series of 10 meetings aimed at entrepreneurs from the Silesian Voivodeship who have already been affected by, or may be negatively affected by, the transformation process.
Why is it worth participating in the workshops?
In an era of increasing digitalization and the growing number of threats, cybersecurity is becoming one of the key areas of responsible business management – especially in sectors utilizing industrial infrastructure and automation systems. Cyberattacks, system failures, data leaks, and interruptions in business continuity can generate not only financial losses but also serious reputational and legal consequences.
Participating in the workshops will allow entrepreneurs to organize their knowledge, assess the current level of security within their enterprise, and outline directions for further action that can truly increase their organization’s resilience to digital threats and support its stable development in times of economic transformation.
LEADERS
The workshops will be led by Mr. Paweł Adamski, an expert and practitioner with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, management systems, and the digitization of administration and business.
RECRUITMENT
Participation in the workshops is free.
Please submit your application by February 2nd to biuro@giph.com.pl.
