The Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce, together with the Embassy of India, invites entrepreneurs and representatives of the industrial sector to participate in India Chem 2026, which will take place October 22–24, 2026, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.
India Chem 2026 marks the 14th edition of one of the largest and most important events dedicated to the chemical and petrochemical industries in the Asia-Pacific region. The event is organized by the Government of India’s Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, in collaboration with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
TThis year’s edition will be held under the theme:
“Advantage BHARAT: An Emerging Global Chemicals Hub”
The event will provide an opportunity to explore the potential of India’s rapidly growing chemical and petrochemical industries, learn about government initiatives supporting the sector’s sustainable development, and network with investors, manufacturers, technology providers, and business partners from around the world.
India’s chemical and petrochemical sector plays a significant role in the development of industries such as automotive, construction, electronics, healthcare, textiles, and fast-moving consumer goods. India is currently the sixth-largest producer of chemicals in the world and the fourth-largest in Asia.
India Chem 2026 Program
The event will feature, among other things:
- an international exhibition featuring leading Indian and international companies,
- the Global CEOs Round Table,
- conferences and panels on specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, and agrochemicals,
- discussions on infrastructure, environmental protection, and machinery used in process plants,
- forums on economic cooperation between India and the U.S., India and the European Union, India and Russia, and India and Japan,
- business meetings designed to facilitate the establishment of international partnerships and the expansion of business operations in the Indian market.
India Chem 2026 will provide a platform for showcasing technological solutions, exchanging experiences, and discussing investments and economic cooperation. The event will also support the development of the “Make in India” initiative and the expansion of foreign companies into the Indian market.
