On Monday, November 24, 2025, a specialized training session organized by the Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce, titled “The Most Important Regulations of the Water Law According to the Current Legal Status,” was held. It was led by Lucyna Osuch-Chacińska, one of the country’s leading experts in administrative case law in the field of water management.
Representatives of mining companies participated in the workshop, and had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of both the general principles of the Water Law and more specific issues, such as water allocation, water services, and procedures for obtaining water permits.
The training provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and establish collaboration among participants, who were able to stay up-to-date on the latest changes in the regulations and their practical application in the context of mining operations.
We thank all participants for their active participation and engagement, as well as for the valuable discussions.
